Welcome to the team: HR Trainee Benelux Branch (m/f/diverse)
To strengthen our team of 2 HR Business Partner Operations, we are now looking for a dedicated, highly motivated and team-oriented trainee for the Amsterdam location.
Your tasks
- Support with the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, exit processing, time recording, creation of references, etc.)
- Support throughout the recruitment process: from job advertisements to the hiring of new employees and related administration
- Participation in various HR projects (digitization, cloud solutions, etc.), support in the further development of local HR processes and products
- Participation in regional HR projects of the HR Operations Western Europe team
- Employee data maintenance and processing in various systems: SAP/EC, payroll systems etc.
- Creation of reports for internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics/HR related disciplines
- First experience in the human resources department is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HR is an advantage
- Good verbal and written skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proactive work attitude and flexibility
- Fluent in English and Dutch; German or any other language is an advantage
- Contract up to 18 months
