In Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Prague, we are transforming a traditional bank into a digital agile enterprise! We provide a wide range of various IT solutions, software development, and services in application operation and infrastructure.
In our area we provide processes and systems around customer master data, documents, platforms, portals and banking services for customers and employees as well as CRM and workflow tools. We are therefore an essential enabler for service and product conclusion processes and at the interface of the CIO divisions and sales of the two segments as well as operations, essential for further digitalization and efficiency enhancement at Commerzbank.
Together with a cross-functional, agile team, we need to ensure that Dynamics and Dynamics Event Management, more specifically, supports sales in a reliable way, and that requirements are implemented in a timely manner.
We need your active support and input in developing a valuable CRM System, strong integration with other bank systems and infrastructure.
Your tasks
- Actively contributing to refinement, planning, review, and alignment meetings within our internationally distributed agile team.
- Support existing and future end-to-end processes and associated IT products
- Build up the required expertise and, if necessary, pass on know-how to the team in a targeted manner
- Ensuring product quality in development and operation together with your Team
Your Profile
- Deep basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform.
- Extensive know-how Customer Insights (esp. Journeys) and Power Pages
- Event Management functionalities, (i.e.: setting up and configuring events, adapting HTML, building forms)
- Know-how regarding MS Portal.
- Experience in UX design for marketing/Event Management
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- BIG PLUS: technical background, knowledge of Typescript, React, plugin development.
- BIG PLUS: German language professional working proficiency
