We are seeking an independent and proactive BackEnd Developer (Azure AI Foundry, Python, …) to join our team. You will play a key role in developing AI agents.
Your tasks
- Developing and refining complex prompts and chains to solve specific business problems;
- Working with developers to integrate LLM capabilities into wider application architecture;
- Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ground model responses;
- Establishing evaluation metrics to measure prompt performance and drift;
- Debugging complex chains and resolving issues related to hallucinations or latency;
- Creating automated test suites for prompt regression testing;
- Analyzing and developing data models
- Developing and managing databases
- Developing and managing automated tests
- Explaining technical AI limitations and capabilities to product owners;
- Participate in training of the trainees (BackEnd and FrontEnd)
- Sharing learnings with immediate colleagues;
- Supporting the team in achieving its goals.
- Develop, Extend and maintain a negotiation tool developed with Microsoft-based agent that supports Corporate Procurement users in negotiation coaching and email drafting.
Your Profile
- Proficient at using Azure AI Foundry, Azure Data Platform, Power BI, Azure DevOps,
- Good knowledge of Python;
- High knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Model Fine-Tuning;
- Experience with LangChain;
- Experience with API Integration and Agentic AI Workflows;
- Developing and managing automated tests
- Experience using MSSQL
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
