Welcome to the team:

Mainframe Database Administrator (m/f/diverse)

• Proven experience with DBA/DB system implementation - Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation, design, planning and development of technical solutions;
• Strong experience with DBMS technologies (Db2, IMS) and MQSeries;
• Excellent experience with Mainframe high availability concepts (Parallel Sysplex) as well as disaster recovery features, functions and procedures;
• Strong experience with central mainframe structures such as data sharing, parallel sysplex, D/R prevention, USS, security and encryption;
• Experience with z/OS operating system and mainframe system software in general including add-on-software and tools;
• Several years of experience in mainframe system engineering;
• Experience working with agile methods;
• Completed degree in mathematics, computer science, or a comparable qualification;
• High level of personal commitment, confident presence, and enjoyment of teamwork;
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
