We are looking for an experienced accountant for a part-time position under a DPČ (Dohoda o pracovní činnosti) agreement. 

Your tasks

  • Process T&E claims (travel and expenses accurately).
  • Support the Accounts Payable team by handling incoming invoices in SAP, coding them to correct GL accounts, and performing day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure effective collaboration across GM-F teams and other departments.
  • Assist with audits and liaise with both internal and external auditors.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within a shared service center or finance team.
  • Strong English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of Polish is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP experience is very welcome.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable; capable of working under time pressure and tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on solving tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
