GRM-CRIS is responsible for the Group-wide management of cyber and information security risks and, as a standard setter, ensures an appropriate and sustainable (cyber) level of security at Commerzbank with clearly defined roles and responsibilities within the security organization. In addition, GRM-CRIS acts as a standard setter to manage the operational risks of the bank.

 

Here, GRM-CRIS acts as a "second line of defence" (2nd LoD) as follows:

  • Sets the appropriate standards in the form of controls in policies and policies and verifies their compliance.
  • Monitors the 1st LoD controls for effectiveness and completeness and intervenes in a controlling manner if necessary.

Your tasks

  • As an Information Security Officer (ISO), you are the first point of contact for all information security issues for our internal customers. Together with a dedicated team, you will advise and support the clusters and divisions of Commerzbank AG Deutschland.
  • Your tasks include the enforcement of IT Compliance and the support of our internal customers in complying with internal and external regulatory requirements as well as the development of solutions to address identified security vulnerabilities.
  • In addition, you work together with the colleagues of GRM-CRIS across hierarchies, topics and conceptually and, as a specialist for network security, assess corresponding firewall requests.
  • The documents of the written order (procedures and guidelines) are quality assured by you with regard to the requirements of information security.
  • You support the retained organization in negotiating information security contracts with its ICT service providers.

Your profile

  • Studies with a focus on computer science or adequate professional training or professional experience
  • Proven experience in IT security, ideally supported by CISM, CISSP or similar.
  • Good knowledge of the banking organization and experience in advising management
  • Very good analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • High self-initiative combined with independence and service orientation
  • Negotiable knowledge in German, very good knowledge in English
