Which technology & skills are important for us?

• Business Requirements Analysis & Translation: The ability to understand, document, and define business requirements (actual vs. target) and design functional IT solutions. You will also translate business needs into test data requirements.
• Business Workflow and Data Modeling: Proficiency in documenting and designing processes, analyzing data workflows, and optimizing business processes.
• Combination of IT Affinity and Business Analytics Skills: As a liaison between business experts and IT development teams, you must bridge the gap by understanding and advising both sides on the best functional and technical solutions for the application. Training on specific IT solutions will be provided.

Additional skills:

• Banking Knowledge - Especially Payments Transaction Expertise: While not mandatory, knowledge in banking and payments transactions is highly valued, especially regarding the products associated with this domain. A willingness to enhance your business analysis skills and develop product expertise will be strongly appreciated.
• Agile Software Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban will help you navigate our fast-paced product development environment.
• Jira and Confluence Tools: Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management, organizing workflows, documentation creation, and maintaining a knowledge base is highly advantageous.
