Your tasks
About the position:
As Business Expert you will work in an agile environment, connect and translate requirements from business side to team members (PO, Developers, AO TPM). You will be also responsible for preparing project documentation, releases, management reports. You will have opportunities to work with new technologies like AI and Cloud solutions.
Your main tasks are:
In the role of Business Expert you will support and advise our internal customers and stakeholders regarding the use and implementation of Google DocAI. You will identify customer needs and coordinate the implementation of requirements to achieve the best possible results
Together with our internal customers, you will analyze and optimize document-based business processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in assigning documents to business processes.
You will be a sparring partner and work together with the Product Owner to further develop the target image and corresponding measures for the use of Google DocAI.
You will create and maintain the Knowledge Base, document requirements and their implementation, and also handle the creation of mandatory documentation. You will present product solutions to internal customers, stakeholders, and executives, and conduct workshops and training sessions to disseminate knowledge on how to use DocAI.

Description of the cluster:
The mission of the cluster Document Lifecycle (DL) is to enable a paperless bank. DL creates a globally consistent and complete Commerzbank archive and front-end infrastructure for document generation, scanning, electronic transport and archiving for bank and client. The cluster is responsible for a range of more than 70 applications.
