Your tasks
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions using Red Hat's Ansible Automation Platform.
- Leveraging Ansible Automation Platform features, to manage and scale automation workflows across multiple environments.
- Developing, maintaing, and optimizing Ansible playbooks, roles, collections and modules to automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and configuration management.
- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes using tools such as GitLab CI, or TeamCity
- Collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security protocols and compliance requirements into deployment processes.
- Ensuring consistent and reproducible deployments by managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure to quickly identify and resolve issues, to ensure system stabilization, high availability and adequate performance.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation tools and principles (e.g., Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and system administration.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role requires a deep understanding of the best automation practices and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and secure infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ansible and a strong background in DevOps practices.
