Welcome to the team: React Developer (Algorithmic Trading Systems) (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Improving existing and developing new frontends to support the electronic foreign exchange and pricing applications;
- Designing and developing interfaces to connect the frontends to backends;
- Understanding of complex business requirements and business data objects of the digital finance functionalities and processes;
- Supporting incident resolution and bug fixing, as well as the test and development team;
- Working in an agile team setup.
Your profile
- Professional experience in software development with React JS and Node.js;
- Experience with web design (CSS, SCSS, media queries ,Bootstrap, MUI)
- Understanding of Client Side Rendering - performance optimization, interface definition (JSON), basic hosting;
- Good understanding of Secure Coding Practices;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

The team covers all activities related to sales and trading for Commerzbank. It forms a major part of a new Agile organization bringing together Business and IT to transform Commerzbank capacity to deliver software. Focus is given on driving technologies and understanding business needs to achieve the company’s objectives.
