Governance, Compliance & Vendor Manager (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    1. Governance & Compliance:

    · Developing, reviewing, and maintaining policies, mandates, and frameworks to support compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.

    · Monitoring and assessing compliance levels of processes, products, and documentation, identifying and addressing gaps or risks.

    · Building expertise in relevant regulations, policies, and internal guidelines, providing guidance and support on compliance matters to team members and stakeholders.

    · Ensuring the quality and regulatory adherence of cluster documentation, assisting in its creation and improvement.

     

    2. Vendor Management:

    · Establishing and maintaining a provider management system to monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

    · Supporting vendor contract improvements, invoice validations, and cost-saving initiatives.

    · Collaborating with internal teams to identify vendor-related requirements and customer-focused enhancements.

    · Building strong supplier relationships to improve service delivery and resolving operational issues effectively.

     

    3. Contract Management:

    · Supporting contractual negotiations for vendor partnerships under the direction of senior leadership or contract managers.

    · Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contractual agreements to mitigate risks and securing the organisation’s commercial and legal interests.

    · Collaborating with finance, legal, supply chain, and stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business objectives and regulatory guidelines.

    · Safeguard transparency in the contracting process, and supporting international and global contracting initiatives.

    Your profile

    Compliance and Governance Knowledge and Experience. Understanding of frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements; ability to identify and address compliance risks.

    · Proven experience in managing vendors, monitoring service quality.

    · Knowledge and experience in vendor contracting processes, negotiation, and risk protection.

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.

    · Proactive in identifying and solving problems; capable of developing innovative solutions.

    · Customer-focused approach to delivering results in alignment with stakeholder needs.

    · Level of speaking English and German Languages – C1.

    Cluster CyberDefense & Base Infrastructure provides 1. LoD activities within the Commerzbank Cyber Security Organization. In addition to these operational topics the cluster also develops and operates a variety of security tools which are used by the operational units SOC and Threat Intelligence.
