    Your tasks

    • Managing around ten direct reports (target state)
    • Ensuring the availability of the necessary staff for the various cells, both in terms of quality and numbers, and coordinating ongoing with the product owners regarding their personnel requirements and the material work processes
    • Acting as an active role model for the agile methodology and focusing strongly on customers and service
    • Ensuring the future-readiness of your employees’ skills by
    • Providing professional and methodological training in your own area of responsibility
    • Creating conditions for knowledge transfer
    • Being potentially willing to take on training projects, speaker functions, and mentorships
    • Acquiring and supporting young talents
    • Supporting various projects/products when/if needed

    Your profile

    The skills and experience we would like you to have:

    • You have a degree in a STEM subject or a comparable qualification
    • You have a strong IT background and ideally work experience in the finance industry
    • Ideally some years of experience as a line or project manager including the management of employees
    • You have an excellent holistic understanding of software products, software architecture and ITSM processes (incl. regulatory topics)
    • You have expert knowledge in at least one of the following tech stacks:
    • SAP BTP, SuccessFactors & SAP H4S4 (S/4 HANA)
    • TypeScript, NodeJS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, common CI/CD tools
    • You consider solutions holistically and enjoy thinking through unconventional approaches
    • You are interested or have practical experience in agile working methodologies
    • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
    • Ideally you have some German language skills or you’re eager to learn German

    As Chapter Lead Engineers Development, you'll take on the exciting challenge of scaling a dynamic team from the current two developers to approximately ten HR-tech specialists over the next 18 months. In close partnership with your German counterpart, you'll jointly shape the next generation of innovative HR solutions in a unique co-leadership model.
