Developer H4S4, BTP & Success Factors (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Supporting our team in the HR Processes & Products cluster in the implementation of various requirements in the SAP environment by independently analyzing, designing and implementing them. 
    • Working as a developer, you will contributing with your technical knowledge to us in order to participate in strategic decisions and thus sustainably develop the system landscape of the Human Resources division.
    • You will be focusing on the (technical) structure of the new H4S4 payroll system with particular attention to it’s interface to Success Factors.
    • Coordinating all relevant steakholders, such as program management and company colleagues, in order to develop the most efficient and stable solution approach possible, then implement it and support the successful GoLive as well as the Hypercare phase.

    Your profile

    • You have a subject/university degree (STEM subjects) or a comparable qualification
    • You have good process knowledge in HCM
    • You have several years of experience as a developer in SAP HCM and/or SAP Success Factors
    • You already have practical experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and in particular SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
    • You have in-depth knowledge of the common interface protocols in the forementioned system constellation (RESTful, ALE, RFC, OData, …)
    • You are willing to support other (IT) topics as well
    • You enjoy acquiring knowledge in theoretical and practical form and sharing it with others
    • You look at solutions holistically and enjoy thinking through unusual approaches
    • You are interested in or have practical experience with Agile Working methods
    • Safe appearance, service orientation and ability to cooperate as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking are a matter of course for you
    • Very good knowledge of English in word and writing round off your profile 
    • University degree in Computer Networking, IT or relevant;
