Welcome to the team: Windows Application Operations Engineer (CommerzReal) (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Being responsible for optimization, maintenance and support for Exchange OnPrem and Exchange Online;
- Creating various automations and scripting of recurring tasks;
- Supporting the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory;
- Windows Server Management and Maintenance – install, configure, administer and patch;
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level of support – incident, problem and change management;
- Assisting with the monitoring and administration of Veeam Backup;
- Assisting with the administration and maintenance of PKI and certificates;
- Supporting the administration of VMware environments;
- Assisting with basic SQL database tasks.
Your Profile
- Previous experience with Active Directory, Exchange OnPrem and Online, Windows Server Management;
- Scripting experience with Terraform and PowerShell;
- Excellent understanding of AD concepts – groups, policies, users, domains etc.;
- Experience with Veeam backup or be willing to learn it;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
