Welcome to the team: Operations Engineer for User Access Services Prague (m/f/diverse)
Within the Bank’s Operational Access Management, you will be responsible for the management of user access for several assigned applications and systems, used globally, with the main user base in Germany, UK and US. Your responsibilities include the monitoring of all entry channels on a regular basis, resolving incoming requests, answering user queries, analysis of user access issues, and others in a timely manner based on the request priority.
Your tasks
- Monitoring particular entry channels, such as workflow tool ET²
- Accurate request administration, based on incoming tickets in line with procedures and company rules
- Providing First Level user support for user access related issues
- Regular checks of user access rights, such as Live Balancing
- Participating in on-call duty schedules, weekend and public holiday support when required
- Management of sensitive data
- Supporting the analysis and olving of potential issues, including root case analysis
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation
Your profile
- Multi-year professional experience in the banking area or the service sector
- Knowledge of the regulatory guidelines and operational processes of identity & access management as well as the respective standard tools like ComSi, ComGuard, and PortOS / ET²
- Proficient in written and spoken English, basic knowledge of German language
- Organizational and planning skills
- Self-management
