Are you a recent graduate or final-year student looking for a meaningful first step into international banking? Do you speak German and want to use it in a professional environment while building strong analytical, financial and risk-related skills?
At Commerzbank AG Prague Branch, we are building a junior talent pipeline for motivated graduates and offering you a rare opportunity to enter the field of corporate credit risk in a major international bank.
Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience with corporate client cases rarely accessible to juniors. You will learn how the bank’s risk policies are applied in practice and gradually contribute to real credit risk assessments.

Your tasks
- Work with financial statements, annual reports and client information.
- Help prepare credit-related analyses and approval materials using internal tools.
- Contribute to assessing credit risk of real corporate clients.
- Use German and English in your daily work.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops and internal projects.
- Gain insight into other areas of the Global Credit Center.
Your Profile
- Recent graduates, final-year students or junior candidates with a background in economics, finance, business administration or a related field.
- Interest in banking, credit risk, corporate finance or financial analysis.
- German at around B2 level or higher and solid English.
- Willingness to learn, reliability and attention to detail.
