Willkommen im Team: GM-OS Specialist international branch support (Vienna, Prague) (m/w/divers)
In Commerzbank Group Management – Organization & Security Regional Service (GM-OS CS) Prague, we are supporting the local branch as well as the international branch network of Commerzbank AG with corporate procurement, facility management as well as with physical security services. Our main customer are the International Corporates branches but also the DTCs in Prague, Lodz and Sofia. In cooperation with all relevant GM–OS Regional Services roles we are the organizational backbone of the branches. We ensure day-to-day provision of GM-OS Regional Services tasks for the branes in the region Europe.
Deine Aufgaben
- Procurement of goods and services in close alignment with the European branches including the regular visit in place
- Liaise with local clients with regards to purchasing queries concerning the status of Purchase Order
- Ensure that all related filing is kept up to date at all times
- Select appropriate vendors where the bank does not have a preferred vendor
- Liaise with vendors to resolve pricing and delivery
- Work closely with other Procurement functions in Prague
- Steering the local Facility Management Provider to ensure a smooth running of daily FM operations incl. technical / IT rooms
- Coordination of Service Vendors for maintenance works
- Liaise with Landlord for local facility services and real estate management
- Coordinate with other Departments in the branches on their short, medium and long-term requirements on space planning, leasing and office space requirements
- Responsibility for carbon-footprint and other aspects of eco-management and sustainability
- Responsibility for all Facility Management and Real Estate tasks and Rental Lease Agreement
- Work closely with other departments in Frankfurt
- In close cooperation the HQ’s functions make sure that the physical security of the branches is organized according to the relevant regulations in regards of access, CCTV, BCM and key management
- Visit the branch in Vienna on regular basis (2 – 3 per year for max. 5 working days)
- Support of other European branches including Prague in case of other colleagues absence
