In today’s world, security is not just an IT problem – it can make or break a business. That’s why we have a whole cluster dedicated to it. The mission of the Corporate Platform (COPS) is to protect the values of the bank against internal and external threats, promote the regulatory compliance of products and processes.
We are seeking an independent and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in developing IT solutions for cyber security risk analysis and assessment, thereby protecting the bank’s integrity and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Your tasks
- Interact and collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team.
- Gather and analyze requirements, create user stories, and manage the development backlog.
- Support application testing, user acceptance testing, and collect user feedback.
- Investigate and address incoming business issues.
Your Profile
- Actively engaged in cyber security trends and risk management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in English.
Additional Advantages:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with SQL and/or advanced Excel features.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
- UX/UI design skills.
