Enterprise Architect (ServiceNow Platform) (m/f/diverse)

• Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Platform Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a comparable strategic architecture role;
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem;
• Proven track record of defining target architectures, architectural roadmaps, and governance models;
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments;
• Strong understanding of balancing business needs, platform capabilities, risk, and operational requirements;
• You are proactive, quality-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and architectural excellence;
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Catalog, Asset Management, Monitoring and Reportin, Workflow Automation;
• Experience with ITIL principles and service management best practices, Governance and operating models, Security and compliance requirements, Data quality and information management and Automation and process optimization;
• Experience with Cloud Technologies and SaaS Platforms;
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to understand complex organizational and technological landscapes;
• Ability to drive decisions and achieve alignment across multiple teams and organizational units;
• University degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or comparable qualification;
• Strong coaching and mentoring mindset;
• Proven ability to work in international and cross-functional environments;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• German is considered an advantage.
