As an ICT Risk Reporting & Performance Manager in the "Cyber Risk & Information Security" department, you will ensure transparent, accurate, and decision-relevant ICT risk reporting and performance management from a 2nd Line of Defense perspective.
Your tasks
- Generating ICT risk reports based on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) data, including independent 2LoD analysis and risk opinions.
- Reviewing and challenging 1LoD KRI/KPIs and ensuring integration of ICT risk insights into board-level reports.
- Ensuring data quality across ICT risk reporting systems, including completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Tracking ICT risk issues, audit findings, and regulatory observations in a consolidated system, including escalation of critical items.
- Governing the quality and completeness of ICT risk-related reporting outputs for senior management and regulators.
- Continuously improving reporting quality, automation, and visualization to enhance management decision-making.
- Defining and tracking internal performance metrics for the ICT risk function and supporting strategic performance steering.
Your Profile
- A university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Informatics, or a comparable discipline.
- Strong experience in risk reporting, data analytics, or performance management within ICT risk environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and data governance standards in financial institutions.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A detail-oriented and structured working style, with the ability to manage complex reporting environments effectively.
- Communication and documentation in English come naturally to you, German is beneficial.
