Welcome to the team: Technical Business Analyst Intern (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Learn from and be mentored by a senior in-house product development team
- Support the teams with various tasks related to the projects
- Gather and clarify requirements from product owners and stakeholders
- Translatе business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work in close collaboration both with business stakeholders and the development team, act as a bridge between them
- Document features, workflows, and system behavior (Confluence / diagrams)
- Maintain and refining documentation for the CHAMP Admin Portal (as-is / to-be)
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in requirements
- Contributе to process flows and functional specifications
- Get the opportunity for full-time employment after successfully completing the program
Your Profile
- Currently a bachelor’s or master’s student in a technical major
- Interested in the business logic driving IT products – how needs shape requirements and requirements shape code
- Interested in software architecture
- Some experience in drawing software diagrams
- Highly motivated to learn new things and shape your future career in IT
- Communicative and proactive
- Fluent in English
- German would be considered as an advantage.
