Information security in the bank involves safeguarding customer data, preventing cyberattacks, and managing access control. It also includes compliance with regulations, employee training, and disaster recovery planning. Overall, it is crucial for protecting financial assets and sensitive information.
This role will support the regional and global Cybersecurity Awareness and Communication function by helping to plan, coordinate and deliver internal awareness campaigns, email communication and events. The role is ideal for a student with strong written English and good organizational skills who is eager to gain hands-on experience in communication and project coordination withing a global cybersecurity environment.
This position is suitable for students who have student status in the year 2026 as well.
Your tasks
Reporting to the Awareness and Communication Specialist in Prague, the primary functions of this role include:
Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns:
- Support Awareness Activities: Assist in planning coordinating and tracking awareness campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal messaging. Own awareness initiatives both regional and global.
- Written Communication: Write, proofread and help distribute internal communication.
- Collaborate with International Teams: Help ensure materials and communication on global activities is relevant and well-coordinated.
Manage Content Environment:
- Maintain Awareness SharePoint: Keep content calendars, planning documents and campaign materials up to date, support content lifecycle management.
- Prepare New Content: Write cybersecurity awareness blog posts, produce engaging content for global audience.
Infosec Event Preparation:
- Communication Materials: Support preparation of event communication, including posters, emails, and announcements.
- PowerPoint Presentations: Support creation engaging presentations for participants, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Post-Event Communication: Summarize event outcomes and share them with key stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications).
- Portfolio Showcase: Demonstration of your design and communication skills by sharing your portfolio during the hiring process.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong English.
- Basic Understanding of Cybersecurity: A foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts (keenness to learn more).
- Proficiency in design tools and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software suite.
- Passion for creating impactful experiences through effective communication.
