Welcome to the team: SAP HCM / EC Pay Developer (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Maintaining and developing of German payroll for group entities based on EC Pay.
- Customizing of German payroll (schemas, rules).
- Implementing new legal requirements in payroll.
- Developing reports and tools in the SAP HCM PY area.
- Supporting the regularly executing payroll simulations to ensure the quality of upcoming payroll runs.
- Supporting release upgrades and implementation of patches.
- 3rd-level support for issues in payroll processing.
Your Profile
- Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a comparable qualification.
- Good process knowledge in SAP HCM.
- Solid experience in customizing the SAP HCM modules PY (Payroll) and PA (Personnel Administration).
- Few years of programming experience in ABAP & ABAP OO.
- Ideally some experience with web applications development (Fiori) and OData v2/v4 experience.
- Good knowledge of German tax and social security regulations.
- Willingness to support adjacent HR topics (e.g. certificates, communication with authorities).
