SAP HCM / EC Pay Developer (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Maintaining and developing of German payroll for group entities based on EC Pay.
    • Customizing of German payroll (schemas, rules).
    • Implementing new legal requirements in payroll.
    • Developing reports and tools in the SAP HCM PY area.
    • Supporting the regularly executing payroll simulations to ensure the quality of upcoming payroll runs.
    • Supporting release upgrades and implementation of patches.
    • 3rd-level support for issues in payroll processing.

    Your Profile

    • Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a comparable qualification.
    • Good process knowledge in SAP HCM.
    • Solid experience in customizing the SAP HCM modules PY (Payroll) and PA (Personnel Administration).
    • Few years of programming experience in ABAP & ABAP OO.
    • Ideally some experience with web applications development (Fiori) and OData v2/v4 experience.
    • Good knowledge of German tax and social security regulations.
    • Willingness to support adjacent HR topics (e.g. certificates, communication with authorities).
