Senior Administrative Assistant with German (m/w/divers)

    Deine Aufgaben

    • Providing expert administrative and strategic support ensuring seamless coordination across key initiatives and daily operations.
    • Managing and prioritizing incoming communications, including dispatching mailboxes, to ensure timely and effective handling of essential topics.
    • Coordinating and maintaining calendars, proactively identifying and scheduling meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions across multiple stakeholders.
    • Planing and executing workshops, including agenda development, participant alignment, and logistical organization to support strategic outcomes.
    • Safeguarding sensitive information and communications with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
    • Acting as a reliable interface between the senior management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring structured follow-ups and clear communication.
    • Supporting and advising the senior management by identifying critical priorities, filtering non-essential topics, and enabling focused decision-making.
    • Providing operational and administrative support to all areas within the local branch.
    • Supporting additional NBB (non-banking branches) and the headquarters as needed.
    • Contributing to the setup and support of future NBB (non banking branches).
    • Other tasks as needed.

    Dein Profil

    • Proven experience in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing workshops with precision and efficiency. Skilled in handling mailbox dispatching and ensuring timely communication across multiple stakeholders. 
    • High ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams in different regions, manage expectations, and maintain clear communication across locations. 
    • Experienced in taking initiative, focusing on supporting internal and external partners, and assuming ownership for tasks and outcomes without needing constant supervision. 
    • Being able to efficiently create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, manage email and calendars, and use Office tools to support daily operations and reporting. 
    • Ability to assess and distinguish between essential and non-essential topics, enabling focused decision-making and strategic alignment with leadership priorities. 
    • Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality in all communications and documentation. 
    • Service-oriented and transparent approach in collaboration with ordered services and stakeholders;
    • Professional experience in the agile and ITIL environment.

    • High flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing environments and shifting priorities.
    • Independent and organized working habits that ensure reliability and consistency.
    • Service-oriented and transparent approach in collaboration with ordered services and stakeholders.
    • Fluent German and English – both written and spoken, with strong written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement;
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field required, master's degree in business administration preferred.

    The Senior administrative assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Key area  GS-DTS DTC domain at Commerzbank AG. This position is designed for a highly organized and discreet professional who thrives in complex environments and can manage a wide range of operational and strategic tasks with precision and confidentiality. The role is responsible for managing communication channels, coordinating calendars and meetings, planning workshops, and ensuring that the Cluster Leads are supported in their daily responsibilities.
