Business Expert (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Acting as end-to-end responsible Business Expert for the “org.manager for SuccessFactors” tool in the Cell “Tech4HR”, including further development, optimization and daily operation in close cooperation with the external service provider.
    • Translating complex business requirements from HR stakeholders into system-compatible technical concepts and user stories for our implementation partner.
    • Structuring, prioritizing and coordinating requirements and aligning them with HR stakeholders and the external provider; ensuring transparent backlog and roadmap management.
    • Driving and coordinating implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing (planning, execution, documentation) and go-live support.
    • Ensuring that business requirements are efficiently and system‑compliantly mapped within the tool and documented in an audit‑proof manner, considering technical and regulatory requirements.
    • Acting as main point of contact for the HR business units in case of functional and technical questions regarding org.manager and organizational visualizations.
    • Collaborating closely with related IT and HR teams (e.g. SuccessFactors Core HR, HR Analytics, Architecture) to ensure seamless integration and a holistic user experience.
    • Supporting contract management and negotiations with the external service provider, including SLAs, change requests and compliance aspects.
    • Continuously identifying optimization potential in processes and organizational visualizations and proposing improvements with a clear focus on usability, data quality and regulatory compliance.

     

    Your Profile

    • Solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in organizational management and/or org.manager.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and organizational structures (e.g. org design, reporting lines, positions / jobs, cost centers, governance).
    • Proven experience in requirements engineering: capturing, analyzing and documenting business requirements and translating them into IT solutions (e.g. user stories, concepts, configuration specifications).
    • Knowledge and practical experience with SaaS / cloud-based architecture and collaboration with external IT service providers (e.g. incident management, change requests).
    • Experience with testing HR or IT applications (test design, execution, documentation).
    • Experience in working in agile environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of common collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. MS Office, Jira, Confluence).
    • Very good English skills in speaking and writing; basic German knowledge is helpful and willingness to further improve it is appreciated.
    • High attention to detail combined with a holistic, end‑to‑end view of processes and system impacts.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
