Cyber Hygiene Process & Reporting Specialist (m/f/diverse)

• Experience in coordination of projects or initiatives;
• Experience with: PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence (or similar);
• Experience with reporting, KPI structures, management decks and status consolidation;
• Basic understanding of risk, issue and dependency management;
• Ability to turn unstructured information into clear decision and management documents;
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); German beneficial depending on stakeholder setup;
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with management meetings and sensitive information;
• Structured, proactive and persistent in tracking open points;
• Hands‑on enough for calendar, follow‑ups and operational coordination, but senior enough for management reporting;
• Able to distinguish between urgent and important topics and protect the Product Manager’s decision‑making capacity.

Cluster Cyber Defense & Base services provides 1. LoD activities within the Commerzbank Cyber Security Organization. In addition, to these operational topics the cluster also develops and operates a variety of security tools which are used by the operational units SOC and Threat Intelligence.

In the Cluster Organization, business analysts, engineers and product owners work together as a team. The agile methods support the team members in performing their functions by facilitating a rapid and flexible response to changing conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and the continual development of new solutions resulting into better products, higher quality, and more efficient processes.

The Cyber Hygiene Process & Reporting Specialist is the central coordination and steering role within the Cyber Hygiene organization. The position creates transparency across multiple internal and external Cyber Hygiene initiatives, consolidates reporting and KPIs, monitors processes, risks and dependencies, and prepares decisions for the Cyber Hygiene Product Manager and the wider organization.
