Integration Operations Specialist (SAP CPI / SuccessFactors) (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Proactively monitoring of integration flows (iFlows) and messages within the SAP Integration Suite to identify and resolve runtime errors before they impact business operations.
    • Leading the troubleshooting of production issues, performing root cause analysis on failed replications and coordinating with technical teams for swift resolution.
    • Managing and overseeing data synchronization from SuccessFactors, ensuring employee master data is accurately reflected in downstream external systems.
    • Identifying patterns in recurring failures and suggesting improvements to iFlow logic, error-handling frameworks, or mapping (Groovy/XSLT) to enhance system resilience.
    • Serving as the technical point of contact for HR stakeholders and external vendors regarding integration status and data integrity.

    Your profile

    • University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • Previous experience as an Engineer Operation, System Administrator or DevOps
    • Knowledge of change/incident management frameworks
    • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in operating and monitoring SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or SAP Integration Suite.
    • SuccessFactors Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors APIs (OData, Compound Employee API) and a solid understanding of the SF data model.
    • Interface Protocols: Deep understanding of connectivity protocols including SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, and REST. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze XML/JSON payloads and debug Groovy scripts or XSLT mappings.
    • Experience with Agile software development and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
    • Independent and structured working methods with a high degree of personal responsibility.
    • Good communication and cooperation skills.
