Welcome to the team: Data Analyst (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks
- Analyzing and structuring business requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders;
- Designing, building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards with a strong focus on business value;
- Ensuring data quality, consistency and traceability of reports (incl. KPI definitions, documentation, business glossary and report testing);
- Collaborating closely with Data Engineers on using and optimizing the existing data infrastructure (ETL pipelines, Data Lakehouse, Fabric artefacts) and on ensuring performance and stability;
- Performing analyses and ad‑hoc evaluations and prepare and present the results for different stakeholder groups;
- Working in an agile setup (Scrum/Kanban): participating in all relevant ceremonies, aligning continuously within the team and actively shaping the BI roadmap.
Your profile
- Strong analytical skills in the technical design and development of Data & Analytics solutions;
- Extensive experience in developing Power BI solutions;
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric components in a reporting context; understanding of integration with Power BI;
- Solid understanding of data‑warehouse and data‑lakehouse architectures;
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
