Data Analyst and Automation Engineer (m/f/diverse)

• Practical experience applying data analytics / data science in a data-focused team (financial services or industry experience is an advantage)
• Proven experience in working with business data and performing analyses using tools such as SQL, BigQuery or similar
• Experience with Machine Learning (e.g. classification, anomaly detection, forecasting) is an advantage
• Solid programming skills, particularly in Python.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization using Qlik or equivalent BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and cloud-native services (GCP, AWS, Azure or similar)
• Experience with software testing in data / analytics contexts (e.g. unit tests for data pipelines, validation checks, test automation, monitoring of data quality)
• Strong analytical skills to decompose complex datasets and tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills demonstrating creative and strategic thinking to produce effective solutions and tools
• High level of ownership and self-responsibility to independently develop and enhance products
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken, German would be considered an advantage;
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or a related field
