We have several teams working around customer lifecycle management for corporate, investment and private banking clients. The work spans onboarding procedures, anti-money-laundering / KYC workflows and implementations of market and tax regulations. The solutions are frequently integrated with other systems of the bank e.g. trade capture, management reporting or CRM.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Developing a product vision (in terms of the cluster strategy) and work rigorously toward it.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to KYC processes and banking regulations. Ensure that the product complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Liaising with business stakeholders and developer team to ensure clear communication, understanding project goals, requirements and constraints.
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring that the most critical features and compliance requirements are addressed first. Regularly updating the backlog based on stakeholder feedback and regulatory changes.
  • Maintaining clear and continuous communication with stakeholders, including compliance officers, legal teams, and regulatory bodies. Ensure that all parties are informed about the product's progress and any regulatory updates.
  • Participating in sprint planning meetings to define the scope of work for each sprint. Review completed work to ensure it meets regulatory standards and business requirements.
  • Identifying and assessing risks related to KYC/AML and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring that the product remains compliant and secure.
  • Taking response for ROI of your product and processes

Dein Profil

  • Proven working experience in a Product Owner role in an agile environment (SCRUM)
  • MUST have 5+ years of experience with in-house product development.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and a software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to prioritize work to deliver the best value.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business experts, and other roles.
  • SHOULD have experience with KYC or other highly regulated products with a focus on detail and business impact, experience with audit review or regulator review or equivalent experience.
