Technical Project Manager with Java (Dialog Systems)

- Coordinating efforts among teams and team member within the organization ensuring timely delivery of key steps and adherence to original requirements
- Understanding requirements and inter-team dependencies and ensuring they are properly raised and documented
- Analysing, documentation and improvement of internal processes involving requirements management, business analysis, development testing and release in the scope of timely input, feedback and ensuring outcomes
- Training and communicating with teams regarding said processes and expectations
- Coordinating with product owners and stakeholders to manage expectations, capacity and possible roadblocks (located in Sofia, Quickborn, Rostock and Frankfurt)
- Maintaining project plans and setting expectations about features to management.
- Managing and monitoring JIRA dashboards, metrics and tags for status updates and critical paths
- Contributing to product and release documentation as well as ensuring its completion and maintenance
- Strong experience in delivering enterprise software solutions in highly regulated environments
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certifications in PMP and Prince2 will be considered as plus
- Experience in Java development to allow contribution to codebase and/or technical review of changes
- Technical education and familiarity in software development lifecycle.
- Some experience and willingness to develop further in Java development and technical reviews
- Experience in Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow
- Experience or knowledge of cloud development, AI systems is a plus.
