    Your tasks

    • Analyzing team performance, among other things using agile metrics, and using these insights to drive targeted improvements, supporting the teams in sustainably increasing their performance and achieving lasting results;
    • Acting as a key player in transformation management, actively driving the introduction and establishment of an agile culture and confidently representing the transformation process within and outside the cluster;
    • Supporting the teams in further developing their agile ways of working and creating a culture of continuous improvement to elevate their efficiency, quality and collaboration to a new level, fostering an attitude of self-management in the team, and coaching the delivery teams through retrospectives and application of learnings;
    • Collaborating with other Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches, contributing to “Scrum of Scrum” initiatives and cluster-wide processes, such as PI Planning and Cluster Demos;
    • Working with Chapter Leads and Product Owners on cluster-wide and cross-cluster projects and acting as a sparring parter for Product Owners, helping them to fulfil their role in the best possible way;
    • Keeping yourself up to date on current developments and best practices and bringing these insights into the teams in order to continuously improve ways of working with innovative approaches;
    • Creating meaningful reports on progress, impediments and other relevant information and presenting them to management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity;
    • Encouraging the team to explore and adopt tools and methods, including AI-based solutions, that improve efficiency and quality.

    Your profile

    • 3+ years of solid experience working as Scrum Master.
    • Sound understanding of agile principles and frameworks, as well as in-depth knowledge of organizational development.
    • Proven knowledge and practical experience in change management (e.g. planning, communicating and supporting organizational and process changes in the work environment).
    • Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and experience in hybrid or scaled environments (e.g. SAFe, Nexus).
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills at all levels of the organization.
    • High level of empathy, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness and enthusiasm for team and culture development.
    • Confident use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Awareness of how AI tools and technologies can support software development and team collaboration (e.g. for documentation, analysis, automation, coding assistance).
    • Excellent communicating skills in English.
    • University degree in IT or relevant.

    The Credit Products cluster is responsible for end-to-end digital credit application processes, including all supporting applications and interfaces. Our mission is to enable customers to submit and receive decisions on their credit requests quickly, efficiently, and as standardized as possible across all channels, while still offering a tailored, competitive product suite aligned with market needs.

    Within the cluster, we design and implement the next generation of credit solutions, combining a high degree of automation with flexible product configuration and seamless digital customer journeys.
