Your tasks
- Incident Management: Monitoring systems and responding to incidents to minimize downtime and service disruptions
- Change Management: Producing change requests in accordance with the rules
- Assisting with the setup, implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methods
- Managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters
- Working closely with cross-functional teams
- Acceptance of on-call services
Your profile
- University degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Previous experience as an Engineer Operation, System Administrator or DevOps
- Knowledge of ITIL or other change/incident management frameworks
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and GitOps methods
- Good understanding of Kubernetes management and container orchestration
- Experience working with API webservices
- Knowledge of scripting languages and programming languages (e.g. Python, Bash, Typescript) and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) is a plus
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Ideally expertise in SAP Cloud Services (SAP IAS, BTP and CPI), otherwise the willingness to learn
- Independent and structured working methods with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Good communication and cooperation skills
