We are looking for a new colleague into our Application Operations team providing 2nd level support for Finance applications. Our user base is located across Europe and Asia, therefore we communicate mainly in English. We also closely cooperate with our experienced Developers in Prague.
We are excited to welcome to our team new easy-going colleague with a natural sense of responsibility, who already has an experience with application support.
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for daily and monthly tasks and the overall system maintenance as a 2nd level support and related processes.
- Ad-hoc tasks like job maintenance within UC4, issue solving, administrative tasks, analysis, deployments and recertifications.
- Server migration, restarts, database extracts, Web front end maintenance, user maintenance
- You will be responsible for raising and maintaining requests, tasks, incidents, changes and problems within ServiceNow and Jira
- You will communicate with end users mainly via email or ticketing system.
Your profile
- An application support background, ideally within a complex, multi-platform environment – 2nd or 3rd level support
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience in Windows server setup and maintenance
- UC4 scheduling knowledge is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Customer orientation
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to learn
