Welcome to the team: (Senior) Financial Expert (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Reviewing continuously and validate the operating costs of the IT Factory and compare them with the IT Factory business case, including the maintenance of high-level comments, plan figures and business case adjustments (in close collaboration with the IT Factory project);
- Being responsible for invoice verification and approval as well as the ongoing enhancement of invoicing processes;
- Contributing to the further development of pricing models and support service changes and the design of new pricing structures;
- Preparing in-depth analyses, reports and decision-making materials for senior management;
- Acting as a primary point of contact for suppliers and clusters with regard to the IT Factory and initiate cross-functional coordination in case of questions or issues.
Your profile
- Proven experience in Financial Controlling & Cost Management - review and validation of operating costs vs. business case, including planning figures and adjustments;
- Excellent Invoice Management & Process Optimization experience;
- Good experience with Stakeholder & Supplier Management;
- Proven work experience at the interface between RO, IT service providers and finance/controlling functions;
- Experience with support in the development of pricing models, handling service changes and new pricing structures;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- Fluency in German would be considered as beneficial;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
