In today’s world, security is not just an IT problem – it can make or break a business. That’s why we have a whole cluster dedicated to it. The mission of the Corporate Platform (COPS) is to protect the values of the bank against internal and external threats, promote the regulatory compliance of products and processes.
We are seeking an independent and proactive Data scientist to join our team. You will play a key role in developing AI agents, thereby protecting the bank’s integrity and ensuring regulatory adherence, plus adding more efficiency on the communication and issue fixing targets.
Your tasks
Key Duties:
- Developing and refining complex prompts and chains to solve specific business problems.
- Working with developers to integrate LLM capabilities into wider application architectures.
- Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ground model responses.
- Establishing evaluation metrics to measure prompt performance and drift.
- Debugging complex chains and resolving issues related to hallucinations or latency.
- Creating automated test suites for prompt regression testing.
- Contributing to the internal library of prompt patterns and best practices.
- Explaining technical AI limitations and capabilities to product owners.
- Sharing learnings with immediate colleagues.
- Supporting the team in achieving its goals.
Your profile
Required Skills:
- High knowledge of Python.
- High knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Model Fine-Tuning.
- Good knowledge of LangChain (or similar Agent Framework, Lang Graph …)
- Previous experience with RAG & Vector Databases.
- Experience with API Integration and Agentic AI Workflows.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.
- Fluency in German language; Minimum B2 level is needed.
- Proficient in English.
