We are expanding the administrative support for credit teams in international locations and are looking for a Credit administrator with a strong background in process management. In this role, you will combine operational excellence and attention to detail with service‑oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.

The Credit Administration Team plays an important role in effective support of various credit teams and works closely with other key stakeholders in the lending business across Europe, such as Sales, Credit Officers, Credit Center and Loan Processing Center.

Your tasks

The scope of tasks ranges from coordination, data management, internal credit documentation completion, to tracking and monitoring as well as communication with internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to delve into diverse topics and take on responsibilities quickly. In this capacity, you will support the teams in the credit approval process, monitor and adhere to the external and internal deadlines. You will ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. Specifically, you will take on the following exciting tasks:

  • Collection of the draft credit application and related documents: You’ll drive the defined credit administration process, check if all information is coherent and correct and manage communication with relevant departments, verify that information provided is complete, up to date and easily comprehensible to an external reviewer and ensure all appropriate documents are received.
  • Completion of the Credit documentation: You’ll gather all info required for completion of credit documentation update, correct and reconcile data in the credit documentation with the latest data provided from relevant departments, complete remaining fields with necessary annotations, confirm whether all required approvals, assessment and/or recommendations are required and obtain each on time and process data using various IT systems provided by the bank.
  • Clarification & finalisation: You'll clear any doubts, prepare and send documents for review/signoff and/or register for committee.
  • Post approval: You’ll send the signed documents to relevant departments, monitor alerts, cooperate on Audit requests, track conditions and comments related to the last credit decision.

Your profile

  • Commercial expertise with at least 3 years of professional experience in relevant departments.
  • Awareness of Credit Risk requirements and strong knowledge of the lending business.
  • Above-average sense of responsibility, motivation, quick grasp of concepts, commitment, and eagerness to learn; openness to new challenges and reliable work ethic.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a high level of initiative and analytical abilities.
  • Native speaker of Czech or Slovak, with strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Competence in using standard Office applications.
