Technical Business Analyst (Innovation Lab) (m/f/diverse)

• Experience in designing, managing, and executing testing processes to ensure high-quality systems;
• Strong ability to understand, analyze, and document business requirements while translating them into functional solutions;
• Demonstrated ability to generate breakthrough ideas, innovate, and experiment in uncertain and evolving environments;
• Very good knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban paired with proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to optimize workflows and identify process improvements;
• Excellent knowledge about presentation methods and presentation tools;
• Good communication skills;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
