Your tasks
Business Analysis & Process Optimisation:
- Conducting product and market research to evaluate relevant technologies, solutions, and implementation options.
- Analysing business processes, systems, interfaces, regulatory requirements, and production issues to identify improvement opportunities and design sustainable functional and technical solutions.
- Creating process models, workflow diagrams, UX/UI prototypes, and other visual concepts to support solution design.
- Advising and collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements Management & Delivery:
- Translating business needs into clear Jira user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements.
- Ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and solution design among business stakeholders and development teams.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating requirements and solution documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Using modern AI tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, and solution design, in compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
Test Management:
- Planing, coordinating, and executing comprehensive testing activities to ensure the stability and quality of forward-looking systems.
- Designing functional test scenarios, manage test environments, and document outcomes in detail.
- Continuously improving testing strategies to keep pace with evolving technologies, ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of innovative solutions.
Your Profile
- Experience in understanding and analyzing business requirements (actual/target). Gathering and documentation of business requirements and design / development of functional solution / function IT concept.
- Strong ability to understand and advise business and IT team regarding best technical / functional solution or set-up of the application.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new requirements and obtain – per case – the needed technical understanding.
- Knowledge in Blockchain/DLT and Cryptography. Understanding of the Digital Asset ecosystem, including blockchain technologies, cryptographic mechanisms, and security architectures.
- Knowledge of how to use AI agents (e.g., Claude and other market-relevant tools) effectively for research, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Good knowledge about methods of agile software development
- Solid knowledge about presentation methods and presentation tools
- Knowledge of communication techniques
- Desire and willingness to thoroughly test features and products, especially in staging environments. Actively designs and executes test cases.
- Very good written and spoken English. German would be considered as an advantage.
- University degree in IT or relevant.
