Your tasks
- Leading and managing a team of approximately 30 employees based in Sofia.
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Conducting regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
- Managing team performance and providing feedback and coaching.
- Building and fostering an innovative cluster culture.
- Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes and goals.
- Allocating resources and assigning tasks to team members based on project requirements.
- Identifying training needs within the team and facilitating skill enhancement.
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in software development.
- Utilizing effective personnel management tools and strategies.
- Serving as a role model for agile methodologies, emphasizing customer-centric and service-focused approaches.
- Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their best.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements and promoting awareness of compliance-related issues among staff.
- Attending various meetings to stay aligned with project goals and team collaboration.
- Negotiating project scope with customers and managing deliveries.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to understand and meet their needs and requirements.
- Strongly understanding state-of-the-art technologies (AI, Cloud, automatization).
Your profile
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in service delivery;
- Consulting background, incl experience in resource planning;
- Strong understanding and implementation of agile methodologies;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach;
- Natural presenter with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery as well as employe satisfaction;
- Natural presenter with the ability to inspire and motivate;
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development;
- Awareness of and adherence to compliance regulations;
- Understanding of the financial industry;
- Experience in German companies is a plus;
- Experience in the consulting sector is a must.
