    Your tasks

    • Advancing the AI Strategy: Continuously evolving the bank's AI strategy, coordinating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives as well as technological and regulatory requirements;
    • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Closely monitoring the evolution of regulatory frameworks in AI (e.g., the EU AI Act) and ensuring the timely and consistent alignment of our internal processes, policies, and strategies;
    • Conducting Market Analysis and Research: Performing in-depth market analyses to identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, and deriving strategic recommendations from these findings;
    • Monitoring Technology and Industry: Proactively staying informed about the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and assessing their relevance and potential impact on the bank;
    • Promoting Advisory and Knowledge Sharing: Actively fostering internal knowledge exchange and acting as a central advisory unit for all questions related to AI strategy and governance;
    • As part of an agile team, you will contribute your qualifications to actively collaborate on our portfolio of tasks. 

    Your profile

     

    • In-depth knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act), concepts of "Trustworthy AI," and governance of third-party AI software;
    • Strong ability to conduct in-depth market analyses to identify emerging AI trends and technologies and assess their potential impact on the business;
    • InProven practical experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch); deep understanding of various model types (classification, regression, clustering);
    • Good knowledge of methods and tools for identifying, measuring, and mitigating bias in datasets and algorithms to meet ethical and regulatory requirements;
    • Experience in developing, implementing, and communicating strategic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements;
    • Familiarity with agile working methods or a willingness to quickly adapt and apply them within a team environment;
    • In-depth expertise in at least one relevant domain, such as AI modeling, model validation, model lifecycle management, or the governance of AI-based third-party software.
    • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for Artificial Intelligence. You are well-versed in the concepts of "Trustworthy AI" (e.g., human oversight, fairness, transparency, reliability) and familiar with topics such as outsourcing and third-party risk management - will be considered as advantage.
    • Fluency in English - both written and spoken, German language will be considered as advantage;
    • University degree in IT or releant.
