Welcome to the team: Specialist Audit Action Tracking with a Focus on Risk (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
As a Specialist in the Audit Action Tracking Team, you will gain insight into all “hot spots” and risks of the Bank's segments and corporate divisions worldwide. Specifically, this role entails:
- Utilizing your expertise in the risk domain to ensure transparency of risks within the Bank.
- Independently overseeing and assessing the follow-up and timely completion of agreed-upon measures stemming from internal and external audits.
- Engaging with units responsible for implementing the measures, fostering acceptance of Group Audit as a competent partner within the Bank.
- Advising auditors and audit managers in the formulation of findings and corresponding measures.
- Being involved in the regular reporting process to the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
- Working with an experienced team to continuously enhance the Audit Action Tracking approach and contributing to the digitization of associated processes.
- Embracing the opportunity to expand your expertise within the department beyond your focus areas in risk, exploring new subject matters encompassing the full scope of the Bank's agenda.
Your profile
You have a completed degree in a quantitative discipline, business administration, or related fields:
- You bring several years of experience in internal auditing and regulatory topics.
- You possess in-depth expertise in the field of risk, particularly in risk models and risk processes for market, liquidity, counterparty, and valuation risk.
- You are familiar with the general principles and processes of banking and ideally have experience in the audit environment.
- You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- You are characterized by your independent, structured approach to work, as well as your solution- and goal-oriented mindset.
- You thrive in a dynamic and agile work environment with diverse topics.
- Strong English skills are required, and German language skills are considered an advantage.
