Welcome to the team: Subject Matter Specialist – Corporate Services / End Using Computing (m/f/diverse)

We are expanding our procurement and corporate services organization in Prague and are looking for a Subject Matter Specialist with a strong background in process management, IT‑related services, and governance. In this role, you will combine operational excellence with a service‑oriented mindset, a high level of ownership, and the opportunity to actively shape services and processes.
Your tasks
- Act as the local subject matter expert with end‑to‑end ownership for selected Corporate Services and EUC‑related topics, ensuring stable, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Manage EUC applications and authorization processes end‑to‑end, including access management, recertifications, and comprehensive documentation.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement, identifying optimization potential across sites and stakeholders.
- Safeguard the availability and resilience of local IT services, including incident coordination, contingency planning, and lifecycle management of assets and licenses.
- Support the integration of new services, tools, and technologies in close collaboration with central functions and international partners.
- Serve as a key contact for audits, risk assessments, and compliance‑related inquiries within your area of responsibility.
Your profile
- Relevant commercial, business, or technical education, ideally complemented by additional specialist qualifications.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT services, EUC, governance, authorization management, or a comparable corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and methodological skills with proven process management expertise.
- Confident handling of relevant IT applications and digital tools.
- Experience working in multinational and multi‑site environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and locations.
- High level of responsibility, independence, and service orientation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interest in automation, digitalization, and new technologies.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
