    Your tasks

    • Analyze and develop business processes using tools like Adonis or First Spirit to create accurate, comprehensive process models and optimize workflows.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately capture business requirements and translate them into detailed BPM diagrams and documentation.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives by recommending innovative solutions to enhance banking efficiency and a technology-centric experience.
    • Bridge business and IT needs to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives, functionality, and scalability.
    • Optimize product and service offerings such as account management platforms and associated processes.
    • Coordinate with German-speaking colleagues to translate, document, and communicate requirements effectively.

    Your profile

    • Proficient in business process modeling using BPM tools (e.g., Adonis or First Spirit) to represent workflows effectively.
    • Strong knowledge in business analysis with proven experience conducting gap analysis and documenting technical requirements.
    • Familiarity with banking account products and an awareness of IT processes is highly valued.
    • Ability to use Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and maintain project documentation efficiently.
    • Basic knowledge of APIs and experience using Swagger for designing and testing system integrations is an advantage.
    • Solid understanding of SQL to retrieve and analyze data.
    • German language skills at B2 level are strongly appreciated.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills to liaise between diverse teams across different locations.
    • An Agile mindset with knowledge of Scrum methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
    • Analytical thinking and attention to detail to solve complex problems effectively.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven attitude in delivering high-quality solutions on time.

    As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Business Analyst in our Accounts and Deposits team.

    With our innovative account products and services, we are the key to the customer interface! We develop standardized, individual and complex account products including the conception and marketing of integrated price and service bundles. We are responsible for the account creation process as well as account management (booking, contracts, contract management, product and condition management) and account offboarding (account deletion process). We orchestrate Commerzbank’s account platform and provide account information and convenience services around the account.
