Business Analyst (Confirmations) (m/f/diverse)

• Experience in business analysis: Good knowledge of gap analysis and translating business needs into functional IT solutions.
• Strong SQL development skills: Proficiency in optimizing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting tools.
• Combination of IT affinity and business analysis: Ability to bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutions effectively.
• Experience working in Agile environments: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including contributions to Scrum ceremonies.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and tools: Awareness of API protocols and tools such as Swagger for efficient system integrations is a plus.
• User Acceptance Testing: Basic understanding of testing activities, including UAT test case creation and functional validations.
• Strong personal skills: Analytical thinking, collaboration, communication, proactive learning, adaptability, and results orientation.
• Nice to have: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

With our innovative account products and services, we are the key to the customer interface! We develop standardized, individual and complex account products including the conception and marketing of integrated price and service bundles. We are responsible for the account creation process as well as account management (booking, contracts, contract management, product and condition management) and account offboarding (account deletion process). We orchestrate Commerzbank’s account platform and provide account information and convenience services around the account.
