Technical Product Manager (M365 Apps & Services) (m/f/diverse)

    Your tasks

    • Having the technical ownership for your products (on an expert level);
    • Life Cycle Management of your products;
    • Editing Incident of your Product on a daily basis (3rd level support);
    • Supporting our Customer in relation to your product;
    • Creation and modification of product documents;
    • Ensuring the compliance capability of your products - this includes the necessary documents;
    • Creating and maintaining the corresponding authorization groups;
    • Planning and execution of tests;
    • Preparing of test documentation;
    • Coordinating of tests and release management;
    • Single Point of Contact for other Technical Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Management and Cluster Management relating to your Product;
    • Test coordination for BaseStack;
    • Release Management of FAT-Clients;
    • Application consulting (non-technical);
    • Status reporting to the Management;
    • Driving the digitization of your business and product;
    • Cooperating in interesting projects relating to your products.

    Your profile

    • Experience in Product and Operation Management;
    • High knowledge in Microsoft Office;
    • Deep expertise related to Browser Technologies (Edge, Chrome, IE);
    • Experience with HP Service Manager;
    • Good knowledge in Remote Support Tools (Go2 Rescue, MS Remote Helper, etc.) and Win11.
