Your tasks
- Leading, advising, coaching, and supporting the team to ultimately evolve into a self-organizing, self-responsible, and highly productive team, without assuming disciplinary leadership responsibilities for team members;
- Ensuring the team adheres to Agile values and principles, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement;
- Supporting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritization, while regularly coordinating on all content-related matters;
- Maintaining the Risk and Impediment Backlog at the team level, actively working to resolve risks and impediments, and escalating issues as necessary;
- Initiating and applying measures to monitor and enhance team productivity using key Agile metrics;
- Facilitating decision-making processes, problem-solving, and conflict resolution within the team as well as across teams;
- Promoting continuous improvement through team retrospectives, fostering a trusting and safe environment that enables high-performing team dynamics and relentless advancement;
- Supporting the PI Planning preparation;
- Ensuring transparency in team deliverables and promoting effective communication, both internally and externally;
- Regularly collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to align and coordinate activities across teams;
- Actively participating in and contributing to the Agile community.
Your profile
- Previous experience working as Scrum Master;
- Passion and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks;
- Experience applying various estimation techniques;
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity;
- A constant focus on what could be improved and help others to see the opportunity to improve;
- Ability to self-regulate, be self-aware and socially connect with the team members to build a long-term relationship and create a healthy work environment;
- Proficiency in using Jira in Scrum Framework;
- Leadership skills in team environments;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant;
