Welcome to the team: Product Owner (International Business Solutions) (m/f/diverse)
Your tasks
- Developing a product vision in accordance with the objectives of the bank strategy to drive product strategy for London applications;
- Analyzing existing IT solution and proposing enhancement ideas, such as design improvement, interfaces architecture and creating the backlog for technical documentation for existing and new features;
- Being responsible for the product backlog, determining the sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritization by business value and/or customer benefit and managing the relationship with customers/stakeholders;
- Supporting 3rd party vendors and owning developer team in current software development, and ensuring code/product compatibility with internal development standards;
- Ensuring stable operation as per the service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and the regulatory requirements, e.g. in connection with the backlog;
- Organizing and being responsible for a meaningful assessment of the user stories, conducting acceptance of the sprint result prior to presentation in the review meeting, defining acceptance criteria for user stories prior to sprint planning and obtaining commitment of the team for the sprint backlog.
Your profile
- Good understanding and experience of at least one objective programming language (.Net, Blazor, MS SQL, VB etc.);
- Experience with analyzing and designing complex software architecture;
- Practical knowledge of design patterns, data models and best development practices;
- Ability to create UML diagrams (Sequence, State, Class, Use Case, Activity, etc.) from scratch;
- Ability to understand and write different types of technical documentation, including UML;
- Technical understanding of webservices, REST and message brokerage tools (MQ);
- Understanding and ability to use AI technologies as tools to enhance business and technical outcomes;
- Ability to understand and advise business as well as IT regarding best technical / functional solution or set-up of the application;
- Experience in the banking sector;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
