As a Senior Fullstack Developer at flexhub, you shape the technical direction of our entire domain. You orchestrate the development of large-scale systems, set coding standards, and act as a trusted advisor to management. Your authority in fullstack engineering ensures we build secure, maintainable, and future-proof solutions. You turn abstract business goals into concrete technical roadmaps.

Your main tasks are:

  • Primary Action: Shape the overall system architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Integration: Orchestrate the integration of complex legacy systems with modern cloud-native services.
  • Implementation: Define the coding standards and patterns that all teams must follow.
  • Quality: Set the bar for code quality and security across multiple development squads.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team technical workshops to align on shared dependencies.
  • Operations: Lead the response to major incidents and define stability patterns like circuit breakers.
  • Documentation: Create high-level system maps and data flow documentation for auditors.
  • Learning: Lead technical communities of practice to spread knowledge across flexhub.
  • Stakeholder: Partner with business leaders to align technical investments with business value.
  • Improvement: identify systemic inefficiencies and drive large-scale refactoring initiatives.

Your profile

Your Profile:

You are a recognized authority in software development with extensive experience in enterprise environments. Your knowledge of Java, React, cloud patterns, and system design is comprehensive. You have a proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence decisions beyond your immediate team. You communicate with precision in English and can negotiate requirements with stakeholders.
