Technical Business Analyst (Blockchain)
- Planning, coordinating, and executing test activities, including designing functional test scenarios, managing testing environments, and ensuring proper documentation;
- Overseeing the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from setup to analysis, reporting, and improvements;
- Collaborating closely with development teams and external vendors to optimize testing strategies and ensuring robust system implementation;
- Translating business requirements into functional IT specifications, including test data configurations and detailed technical concepts;
- Analyzing business workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing optimized functional solutions;
- Developing business process models, functional specifications, and supporting process optimization efforts;
- Enhancing security architectures by integrating industry-leading cryptographic standards and blockchain/DLT technologies;
- Staying up-to-date with rapid developments in the Digital Asset space to support decision-making and innovation within the team;
- Analyzing and solving incidents by coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth communication between business and IT stakeholders;
- Working in an Agile team setup.
- Proven experience in designing, managing, and executing testing processes to ensure high-quality systems;
- Solid skills to understand, analyze, and document business requirements while translating them into functional solutions;
- Good knowledge of the Digital Asset ecosystem, including blockchain technologies, cryptographic mechanisms, and security architectures;
- Very good knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban paired with proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to optimize workflows and identify process improvements;
- Good presentation skills;
- Experience in complex cooperation project management with internal and external partners;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
