Would you like to take part in one of the recent Commerzbank’s initiatives in field of PAM (Privileged Access Management) and have the opportunity to participate in the implementation and maintenance of the critical, robust and technologically diverse solution? PAM is at the heart of access management, monitoring and handling permissions for privileged access to systems and applications. Currently we are looking for a new team member experienced in application operations covering Windows, Linux, cloud or database environments.
Your tasks
As PAM Support Engineer, you are a technically skilled contact person within Commerzbank for topics of Privileged Account Management (PAM), which controls and monitors access with privileged permissions to systems and applications. Your main task is to provide support to the end users and process their requests on all support channels. You participate on technical operation of the PAM system, development and implementation of various new product features such as credential management and session management components.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing support requests via email, ticketing system and calls
- Participation in technical maintenance of the PAM system in multiple environments
- planning and coordination of the releases and patches of the system from testing to implementation
- communication and cooperation with different teams across the company,
- participation in agile coordination meetings (scrum, retrospectives, planning),
- assisting colleagues in complex support cases.
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience with system operations
- Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, Powershell knowledge
- Very good spoken and written English, German is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of operational IT infrastructure and network protocols
- Hands on experience with PAM systems (desirable but not required)
- Study of computer science, business informatics or relevant IT skills (desirable but not required)
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Ability and willingness to constantly improve and learn
Ability to prioritize importance of received requests
